Product Overview
The SMLS 3A7A D Module is designed according to PICMG COM Express Module Base Specification Reversion 2.0 Type 6. The CPU adopts Loongson LS3A5000 quad-core processor, the main frequency is 1.8~2.3GHz, compatible with 3A4000 processor (main frequency is 1.5GHz); Equipped with Loongson autonomous bridge chip 7A1000, onboard 4/8GBDDR4 memory. Module support 2 Gigabit network,32 PCI-E,6 USB2.0,6 serial ports,3 SATA2.0 and other I/O expansion; Disy part, support 1 HDMI,1 dual channel 24-bit LVDS signal, support trusted SE design.
The module size is 95*95mm, the maximum power consumption is less than 40W, the localization rate of standard components is above 95percent, and the localization rate is optional 100percent. The module adopts full table attached design, with high performance, high localization, high stability, high reliability and other characteristics, can be widely used in national defense, government, scientific research, medical, electric power, communication, transportation and other fields
